Shipping Destinations
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time. Contact us if you're outside the US and interested in our products.
Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships. Orders placed on Sundays or US federal holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
- Standard Shipping — 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping — 2–3 business days (where available)
Estimates begin from the shipment date, not the order date. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays or weather.
Shipping Rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Free shipping promotions, when available, will appear at checkout.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you don't receive it within 3 business days of your order, check your spam folder or contact us.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date if your package is lost or arrives damaged. Retain all original packaging and photograph any damage — this is required for carrier claims. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Return Policy
Because many of our products are perishable food items, our return policy is limited:
Non-Perishable Items
Non-perishable items (castor oil, honey syrup, dried mushrooms, etc.) may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unopened, in original condition, and you contact us first to initiate the return. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Perishable / Food Items
We cannot accept returns on opened food products. If you receive a food item that is spoiled, damaged, or significantly different from what was described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item or confirming a valid claim. Refunds go to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. Return the eligible item for a refund, then place a new order for the desired product.
